We hold our own work to the test we sell: measure it, date it, publish the change.

ProofPosts is a measurement, so this page is our own record under it. It sets out what we measure, how each number is read, and the before-and-after we will publish here. The baseline was read on 30 September 2026. The first report goes up on 30 October 2026. Until then the slots below stay empty rather than filled with something that sounds like progress.

What we set out to measure

Four things: three are numbers we can re-run on demand, and the fourth is a written record of what we changed:

How a number is read before it is published

A figure on its own means nothing to the person reading it, so every number on this page carries five things: what was measured, the date of the reading, the reading before, the reading now, and what changed in between to move it. Where a period has no comparable reading, this page says so instead of filling the space. The method behind the scores themselves is set out on Understanding Scores.

The first report — pending, 30 October 2026
