Refund policy
ProofPosts is operated by Kyly CST Pte Ltd (UEN 201942481M), a company registered in Singapore, which is the seller named on your payment page.
Last updated: 26 September 2026. This page is the plain-English version of how money and cancellation work on ProofPosts' paid monitoring plans. It is written to match the pricing page. If the two ever disagree, tell us and we fix the page.
1. Your first 30 days are free
Starting a plan sets up your card securely with Airwallex but charges nothing today. Your first payment is due on day 30. Cancel any time before day 30 and you pay nothing at all — no fee, no notice period.
2. If your report does not land, that period is not charged
Every paid plan promises one thing: a dated before/after AI visibility report, measured from the AI-answer log, within 30 days of the period starting. If that report does not land, or if no new citations are won in a period, we do not charge you for that period and we keep working. You do not have to prove you are owed this — just tell us it has not arrived.
3. Cancelling
Email support@proofposts.com from the address your plan was set up with. Your plan stops at the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing further is charged. There is no cancellation fee.
4. If something has gone wrong on our side
Write to us with what you expected and what you saw. If the fault is ours, we fix it or refund the affected period — your choice. Refunds of a charged period are made back to the same payment method through Airwallex, normally within 5 working days of us confirming it.
5. What we cannot promise
We cannot promise that a specific AI model will cite your website, or any particular commercial result. The scores are estimates built from the public signals we can measure, and AI models change frequently. What we can promise is the record: what was measured, when, and what changed.
